Back to the Scarf

I finally started working on Madison's scarf again...It's a really easy pattern but it gets really boring doing the same stitch over and over! It's a good pattern to work on while watching TV..

Emma has finally started walking!! She's 16 months. I was beginning to think she was never going to..lol

Poor Madi :(

These past couple of days have been very eventful! Over the weekend Madison got some pretty earrings from the flea market..I have told her over and over that gold are the only type of earrings she can wear! Already at 8 years old she is going against me! She came home Monday and took a shower and not only did she rip the earring out of her ear drying her hair with the towel we saw that they where also getting infected! I felt so bad for her! A piece of cartilage was hanging out of her ear!! I almost lost it cleaning her ear. Needless to say she doesn't want earrings anymore!

A new day!

I finally finished the stem for my pumpkin last night! I am so proud of it! It's my first time making an Amigurumi pattern. It was a fun project! So right now I am working on Madison's scarf again until I start the other pumpkins and fall leaves.

Everyone knows in Texas we have been having a these wild fires! Right? I'm in line yesterday to pick up my oldest 2 from school and this lady flicks her cigarette out the window. I'm like screaming at her in my car knowing she can't hear me. I was so mad that I couldn't go up to her. I guess that will teach me to go pick the kids up in my pajamas. I did let the teacher know but before she could tell her she drove off:( What is wrong with people these days!! It seems like they just don't care! Do they not like having a house or pictures of their kids!

On a happier note: Emma winked at me yesterday! It was so cute! She looked at me and smiled and opened and closed (both) her eyes! I wish I could have gotten a video! She has also been dancing with the tv. She's doing so many new things.

WIP

Let's see where to begin!! Today I have been my usual lazy self. This computer isn't helping me at all! lol I started my fall pumpkins the other day and I am stuck on the crazy stem! I didn't have any fiber fill so I used some batting that I have had forever. Hopefully tonight I will get that stem done. Madison has been hollering for me to finish her harry potter scarf. I will post pictures of it soon.
